Last updated: November 2026. This policy explains what CMEEKSTORE ("we", "us") collects and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email, and delivery address — used only to deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Account details: name, email, phone, state and password (stored hashed — we never see or store your actual password).
• Payment data: card and bank transfers are processed by Flutterwave. We never see or store your card number or bank credentials.
• Usage data: basic, anonymous analytics (pages visited, products viewed) to improve the store.

2. How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders, and to provide customer support (including WhatsApp support).
• To send order updates. Marketing emails or WhatsApp broadcasts are only sent if you opted in — every message includes a way to opt out.
• To detect fraud and keep the store secure.

3. Who we share it with

Only what's necessary: delivery couriers receive your name, phone and address to deliver your order; Flutterwave processes payments; our email tooling delivers receipts. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Referral programme

If you register through a referral link, the person who shared it can see your name and state and whether a reward has been sent. They never see your email, phone number or orders.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of wrong details, or deletion of your account at any time — message us on WhatsApp at +234 704 950 9868 or email shop@cmeekstore.com.ng. We respond within 72 hours.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and your day/night preference, and (if you arrived via a referral link) credit the friend who shared it. No advertising cookies are set without notice.

7. Data retention & security

Order records are kept for accounting purposes. Access to customer data inside CMEEKSTORE is limited to authorised staff. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
