1. About the Affiliate Program
The CMEEKSTORE Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting CMEEKSTORE Marketplace products and referring customers through unique affiliate links provided by CMEEKSTORE.
CMEEKSTORE reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Provide accurate and complete registration information;
- Operate a legitimate website, social media account, or marketing channel;
- Comply with this Policy and all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.
CMEEKSTORE may suspend or terminate affiliates who fail to meet these requirements.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
- Promote CMEEKSTORE in a truthful, ethical, and lawful manner;
- Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship where required by law;
- Use only approved marketing materials and affiliate links;
- Avoid misleading, deceptive, or false advertising;
- Respect intellectual property rights of CMEEKSTORE and third parties.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Make false claims, guarantees, or promises about products or earnings;
- Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices;
- Bid on CMEEKSTORE trademarks or brand names in paid ads without written approval;
- Use affiliate links on illegal, offensive, or unethical platforms;
- Attempt to manipulate tracking systems or generate fake referrals or sales.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
5. Commissions and Tracking
- Affiliates earn a 3% commission on the price of any product purchased through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions apply only to qualifying purchases that are successfully completed and not cancelled or refunded.
- Commission calculations exclude delivery fees, taxes, discounts, or promotional credits unless otherwise stated.
- Tracking is handled automatically through affiliate links provided by CMEEKSTORE.
- CMEEKSTORE is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or technical issues beyond its control.
6. Payments
- Affiliate payments will be made according to the stated payout schedule once minimum payout thresholds are met.
- Payments may be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
- CMEEKSTORE reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Adjustments
- Commissions will not be paid on refunded, cancelled, or charged-back orders.
- Any commissions already paid for such transactions may be deducted from future earnings.
8. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CMEEKSTORE logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for approved affiliate marketing purposes.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of CMEEKSTORE.
9. Termination
CMEEKSTORE may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Policy or for any reason deemed harmful to the Platform or brand.
Upon termination, all licenses granted under this Policy will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
CMEEKSTORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Total liability shall not exceed unpaid commissions legitimately earned by the affiliate.
11. Changes to This Policy
CMEEKSTORE may modify this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
12. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Nigerian courts.
